From the Erbil warehouse our fleet runs daily into Kurdistan, Mosul, Kirkuk and Baghdad — never more than 72 hours from sack to shelf.
A medium grain holds its shape under a long stew and still breathes under steam. From dolma to plov — the same bag does both.
